About
Valrhona 70% dark chocolate enrobes an Amla hard candy center. At 70% cacao, the tannins of chocolate and the tannins of Amla don't clash — they harmonize, creating complexity neither ingredient has alone. Fat from the chocolate resolves Amla's astringency. The result is a candy that could stand at the counter of a Parisian chocolatier.
