Quality grading certification for Indian agricultural products under the Agricultural Produce Act.

EU Novel Food Authorisation
Required for Shilajit and Lion's Mane ingredients under EU Regulation 2015/2283 before EU sale.
European Food Safety Authority Compliance
Formulations comply with EU permitted additives (Reg EC 1333/2008) and allergen labelling (EU 1169/2011).

UK Food Standards Agency
Registration with UK Food Standards Agency required before selling food products in the United Kingdom.
UK Organic Certification
Separate from EU certification post-Brexit. Certifying bodies: Soil Association, OF&G.
🇦🇪UAE / GCC
Emirates Standardisation & Metrology Authority
Mandatory conformity certification for food products imported and sold in the UAE and GCC markets.
Halal Certification
Required to access the full UAE Muslim consumer market. Most Amla Factory vegan products qualify — certification confirms no haram ingredients.

FSSAI — Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006. Central license (turnover >₹20L or inter-state distribution). Licence number available on product packaging.
AGMARK — Agricultural Produce (Grading & Marking) Act, 1937. Voluntary quality grading certification issued by the Directorate of Marketing & Inspection, Government of India.
APEDA — Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985. Required before first export shipment. Application in progress.
FDA FFR — Food Facility Registration under the Bioterrorism Act (2002), 21 CFR Part 1. Required before first USA import. To be completed ahead of US launch.
DSHEA — Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act, 21 USC §321(ff). Governs structure/function claims on gummies and botanical supplements in the USA.
GRAS — Generally Recognized As Safe (FDA). Amla extract, KSM-66® Ashwagandha, and Suntheanine® L-Theanine are GRAS-affirmed ingredients.
EU Novel Food — EU Regulation 2015/2283. Required for Shilajit and Lion's Mane ingredients before sale in the European Union. Authorization application planned ahead of EU launch.
ESMA / Halal — Emirates Authority for Standardisation & Metrology conformity marking and Halal certification are required for full UAE market access. Both are scheduled ahead of GCC launch.
